We work hard– this is not a 9-5 business and we operate to create a platform from which our clients can rely on.
Our fee is paid only when we have successfully sold your home. We work on a short 12-week contract. We haven’t increased our fees in over 7 years absorbing as many of the additional costs as we can.

We manage the process from valuation to completion. Everything is professionally produced. We utilise the very best software. Viewings, unless specified, are accompanied by an experienced member of the Kennedys sales team, we do not employ a ‘Saturday only’ staff member – the sales team will be familiar with your home before any viewings commence. Communication with the client is managed regularly, marketing adapted where necessary and offers managed by our highly experienced sales progression team – all included in our fee IF we sell your home.
