Hello! And welcome to the Kennedys’ home website, where we can hopefully provide you with a good idea of who we are, what we do, and most importantly how we do it.
The June stamp duty deadline is now behind us, along with the busiest 18 months the property market has seen in a long time! However with a saving still up for grabs until the end of September, and levels of demand for quality homes remaining as high as ever, there is still an abundance of life left in this years market.
It’s worth noting that the demand extends across both our Sales and Lettings teams, with rentals being an area we continue to grow year on year, both in revenue, market share and staff! We are delighted to introduce Sarah Smith into the Lettings and Management team, bringing a wealth of experience & knowledge to our already strong department.
We hope you can find what you’re looking for on the site, though nothing quite replaces the “human touch”, so should you wish to speak to one of our experienced team please don’t hesitate to pick up the phone and call us on 01737 817 718, and we would be delighted to assist in any way we can.
COVID Working Policy• Across England, the number of people who can attend a viewing can increase but only providing they are from two households (plus the person showing the property). If they are not from two households, the maximum people allowed to a viewing is six. Our own policy however is still a maximum of two, however young children will be permitted but under the strict supervision of their parents.
• Agents will still be required to maintain social distancing with all clients and applicants and both the agent and client must continue to wear a face covering in a client home.
• Applicants are still asked not to touch anything in the house during the viewing. Please ask the agent to open anything for you.
The home occupier must not be present for the viewing (sitting at the end of the garden or in their car is fine) and we ask that all internal doors & windows where possible are left open, to minimise risk and physical contact with the property
• We have asked all our clients to let us know if they develop any Covid-19 related symptoms, should this occur we will stop property viewings immediately.
